ABRP does not exclude Tesla only chargers

ABRP is currently not differentiating between Tesla charging sites which are open to all and which are Tesla only. I have MG4 in my profile and ABRP will happily suggest Tesla only charging stops for me, ones I cannot use. The first two pics are from the Tesla website showing an example charger in Ferrybridge and an example in York to show what Open to All looks like.

It is not just this site it appears to be all of them, eg several I had planned to stop at in France I now realise are Tesla only.
