ABRP Data is Incomplete and Inaccurate

I activated an annual Premium membership for ABRP in order to collect and consolidate data with my EV. During the first 14 days, I found that ABRP would fail to log drives made during any given day.

Near the end of the 14-day trial, I had a long trip from Minnesota to Michigan. I reviewed the data collected on that trip and found that ABRP failed to log portions of the drive, and it failed to log the correct amount of energy added at all three charging stops.

Here are some images that highlight the missing drive segments:

Here is a screen capture of a table of data downloaded from ABRP with Tesla app data next to it. it highlights ABRP errors in Energy Added, Charging Start Time, Charging End Time, and End SoC:

I have canceled my ABRP Premium Membership because of these errors. ABRP has not demonstrated the ability to accurately record and log my driving and my charging.

I am willing to try a Premium account again if these technical issues are corrected

Thanks for the detailed report! This drive is several weeks old, which means we have deleted a lot of the detailed data we usually analyze it with, but we will try to understand what happened. Did you run ABRP in AAOS during the whole drive? Did you get updated SoC the whole way?

ABRP was not running/visible during the whole drive. I typically have Google Maps or a radio/media screen displayed, but I did launch ABRP before I started the trip.

I do not know if the SoC updated throughout the trip. I did not monitor it while driving.

Regarding the age of the issue, I was unable to submit this sooner due to other commitments.
