    Hi @Theo,

We are aware of this issue with producing plans in the iOS app, and we’re currently investigating. At the moment, the solution we can suggest is:

    1. Uninstall the iOS app

    2. Reinstall the iOS app

    3. Log in and planning should work as usual

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tried deleting app, then reinstalling, then login. Still not able to plan a route. Using v6.0.2 on iPadPro v18.5. Info show no network selected, but Edit pencil does nothing when tapped so no network can be added. In Settings, both CCS and NACS are set.

Looking at your account we do seem to have successfully produced plans, is this not the case?

          Ok,

          1. What error message do you get?

          2. Does this only happen on iOS for you?

          3. What app version are you running when this happens? (Version number found at the bottom of the settings menu)

          4. Have you tried selecting a different vehicle model?

            1. “We could not calculate your plan” - No working plans could be found…

            2. I only have iOS devices. iOS v18.5 on iPadPro(4thGen)

            3. ABRP app v6.0.2

            4. Yes, same result: no working plans.

You’re not able to attempt planning on the web?

    Hi everyone,

We’ve located the issue and fixed it. It’ll be available with the upcoming iOS update (6.0.3). For a direct solution until the update is available, please follow the previous instructions and reinstall the app.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled that app . I can not even plan going two blocks away. This update needs to be issued right away because otherwise the app is useless

This makes the app useless. Why is it taking so long to fix.

I get this same error message both on my reinstalled app and on the web - very disappointed.
