ABRP avoids a section of road that's currently open, adding over 2 hours versus Google Maps

ABRP (from Chrome on Windows 10, both in their latest publicly-available builds as of Mar 29, 2023) avoids a section of road that's currently open, resulting in a route that would take over 2 hours longer than the correct route shown by Google Maps; in all fairness, the road segment ABRP is avoiding has intermittent closures due to construction, but ABRP needs a better way of dealing with this (perhaps just notify the user that part of the road is intermittently closed and to check local websites for closure schedules and more details): https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?eventlog_uuid=7a860b4f-734f-49d2-be4e-c1734f120886
