ABRP and Tronity connection failure

I have a Skoda Enyaq IV and I have subscribed to Tronity service to give me real-time readings of my car's consumption, integrated with your software.

It so happens that the service starts to work correctly in ABRP, however, it often has a symbol of cut in the symbol of the network and goes from green to red and does not give the information in real time.

This always happens on every trip I take. The difference is in the time duration that fails.

I use android 11, I always have a GSM network available in the car and on the cell phone, I have already confirmed and I have the updated versions of ABRP and Tronity.
