ABRP 7 sends me via toll highway

I have it configured to always avoid toll highways, and since version 7, when I set a route to Andorra from Barcelona, ​​it sends me via the C16 highway and the CADI tunnel.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

        We always recommend the fastest route even if it has toll but we give you an option for a route without toll.

          It doesn't make sense. If I select NO to tolls in the settings, it shouldn't prioritize this option. So why tell it I don't want tolls if it's going to ignore my settings and offer them anyway? Now, in June, I'm going to Normandy. I've selected not to use toll roads, but in the simulation I ran, it sends me to an Ionity charging station, forcing me to enter the highway, go to the charger, and then exit the highway again to take the local road, even though there are other chargers available on the national road. I took this same route two years ago to go to Bastogne and didn't have this problem.
