Ability to mark blocked roads, avoid sections of roads / Highways to avoid

The 401 highway in or near Toronto is very hazardous. I like to avoid the 401 highway anytime I am in or around Toronto. I need to be able to block off a "section" of highway 401. Not the whole highway, just a section.
