The OBD connection has to be re-paired every day.
I use the vLinker MC, which usually works well and normally only needs to be re-paired every two weeks, but over the last two to three weeks this has been necessary every single day.
- Where does this happen?
- ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

Why do you need to re-pair the dongle? It can take up to 30 seconds before the dongle connects. Does it take longer than that and that’s why you re-pair it?
Which android version do you have on your phone?
Do you have the latest firmware on the dongle?

Yes, even after waiting for quite a while, no connection was established, which is why I had to re-pair the devices. The Android version is 13, on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ and Galaxy Note 20. I have now installed the latest firmware version for the vgate MC+ and will keep an eye on the situation.

To help us figure out what happens we need you to send a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings → Display & appearance and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

May 08: 7.0.6 (5838) After a two-day break, the OBD connection was established without any reconfiguration for the first time in a few weeks. Excellent! Let’s hope it stays that way.
