OVMS 401 Unauthorized Token

Hello,

i recently did an factory reset in my ovms/and deleted the car in abrp, and now i am not able to establish an new abrp connection with an fresh generic token. The ABRP server semms to reject the data with an 401 Unauthorized Token:

Is this related to the ssl Issue? I installed the new certificates....

Where does this happen?

    English: My smart eq is connected through OVMS, but the app doesn’t show live data, it just tells me to connect the car

    Hi,

    Side note; please change your display name here on featurebase. Accounts posing as ABRP / other admins will be removed.

    The instructions for linking live data can just be ignored. Your vehicle is successfully connected.

      I would ignore it if I could, but it refuses to show me trip data, consumption and the like.

        The ‘complete your profile’ should absolutely be possible to dismiss.

        What live data connection are you currently using?

          I'm using an OVMS-Adapter, which pushes live data to ABRP over the Internet using the token generated by the app. I connected it using the instructions available at https://github.com/iternio/ovms-link

            I see. We’ve received some other reports from users regarding this; OVMS 401 Unauthorized Token and we’re investigating but I wouldn’t expect any action on this until after the weekend.

              Hey there,

              I have since added my second car, a Skoda Enyaq, to the app using Enode and it displays the same behaviour - data gets updated sporadically, never live, the app just keeps offering to link the car and goes on as if nothing happened.

              I'm using the latest beta on Android and the latest stable version on iPadOS.

              I'm guessing it's more a problem with the app than the OVMS (OBD2) adapter.

                We’ve made some corrections that should resolve the connection status issues you’ve seen with Enode.

    Hello,

    i was able to solve the problem with the token, that was my mistake - I hadn't removed the <> in the command to set the token. However, as in the post “Live Daten über ovms werden nicht angezeigt”, I still only receive the battery level and the other live data is missing. See:

    I have the same problem. The battery level is transferred, but the other live data is not transferred. OVMS with ovms-link script version 2.1.0

    I tried again to solve the problem.

    1. I deleted the vehicle and created another one (different brand).

    2. I then deleted this again and created a suitable one (Kia Soul EV 30kwh).

    3. I reconfigured the live data connection with Generic-Token and the ovms-link script version 2.1.0 and version 2.0.1 and 2.2.0 beta. Unfortunately, only the SOC is transferred but no saved rides or the remaining live data are displayed. I would be happy about a solution because I spend at least 50 euros a year on your service.
