2026 Subaru Solterra Xt live data issue

The live data connection only seems to work when the car is off. When i plan a route / drive, it shows 4 red bars with a line through them by the percentage, which i believe indicates it's not getting live data.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    When the bars are red it means that it’s more than five minutes since we got any data.

    Unfortunately we don’t get very much update via Enode.

      Okay thanks. It's just weird that it updates perfectly during charging or when the car is off, just not when driving
