2026 Subaru Solterra signed in with Google not connecting to Enode

I’ve signed in to the Subaru Connect app with Google and Enode doesn’t give me that option when I attempt to connect to it. Since I don’t have a username/password that I can enter when connecting to Enode it doesn’t allow me to proceed. How can I get around this? I’ve tried on the iOS app and on the web.

    Can you send screenshots of the steps you are following when trying to connect the vehicle to Enode?

    I have resolved this for myself after experimenting, as I could not find any documentation on how to do so. ****IF YOU USED YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT TO SIGN IN WHEN FIRST CREATING YOUR SUBARU CONNECT ACCOUNT**** In the Subaru Connect app, when it locks the account and you can either “unlock” or “sign out” select “sign out”. Now select “sign in”. You will have the option to sign in with your Google account but do not select it. Type your email address associated with that Google account in the top line where it it says “Email or Mobile Number”. The app will then send you a verfication code to that email address and allow you to set a password. There will be a second verification code sent, or at least there was for me, to confirm. This email address and password can now be used in Enode to link live data. I did receive a message the first time using this method that Subaru was busy and could not complete the request. I waited 15 sec and tried again with success.

    I am having the same issue. I used my Google account to create a Subaru Connect account. When I try to link on enode, it tells me that either Subaru is having an issue or that it cannot validate my account. Enode asks for my email and password for Subaru connect. I don't have a password because I used my Google account, so I entered my pin for the Subaru Connect app. I receive the verification code via email, but when I enter that code, I then get the message that Subaru was having issues connecting or that it could not validate my credentials. Is there a resolution on how to connect enode if a Google account was used to create the Subaru Connect account?

    On that last sign in screen it doesn’t give me Google as an option.
