2025 Mach e & OBDLink CX

I have tried multiple times to connect ABRP to my Mach e with the OBD Link CX. It cannot find it. I connect the link in Bluetooth on my phone, but the connection ends rather quickly. Has anyone ever gotten this to work?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    We don’t support your car with OBD. Please make a request for it on this page under Integration request.

    Maybe this is because I have a few days left on the free trial even though I have signed up for the annual premium plan? I’ll try again after the trial ends.
