When trying to connect to ODB CX dongle it connects but then get the following “Error while handling ODB init commands no response within 10164 for ATZ

To help us figure out what happen we need you to send a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

I enabled the button, and pressed it while driving. It said it had been saved and that I could upload it by selecting the time of the capture. I have no idea of how to do this in the app. Do you have documentation, perhaps with screen captures showing us how to do so? Sorry for the delayed response; I haven’t been on a road trip for a long time.
