2022 Kia Niro EV misreported current battery level with android auto

The route generated has roughly the correct SoC at each destination, but the active SoC reporting shown in the Android auto display drains much quicker than the actual battery, sometimes showing 10% whilst the car is at more than 50%. This results in being told that I won't make the destination constantly and requests to reroute.
