MG Cyberster OBD2 missing PID

Trying to Connect the MG Cyberster Trophy to my working OBD2 device vLinker Gera me a. connection Error. When I Check the PIDs, the one for SoC is missing. When I manually add 015B the Test of PIDs is successful. Please check. MG4 Long Range Profile weich works fine with the Cyberster.

What type of vehicle connection is this?

      Hi

Does the OBD have the latest firmware?

Since the same dongle works fine with the MG4 Long Range profile on ABRP it can’t be a firmware issue.

I have the same problem. Same OBD2 dongle works fine with ABRP and MG4 Long Range selected. Please check difference in command handling between both cars.

Please check. This problem still occurs in latest iOS version 6.1.9 (3648). I read, the Android version is supposed to work.

      Hi

Are you still experiencing problems with this?

I have the same problem with version 7 and iOS.

I can't understand why ABRP hasn't fixed this small problem a long time ago. I think it looks unprofessional for the Customers.

This problem seems easy to fix (since it works when selecting the supported MG4 Long Range model in ABRP) and is not fixed since nearly one year. I bought the ABRP subscription because I thought, this would be fixed pretty soon. I will terminate my subscription in August 2026 when it’s still not working.
