Are you missing the charging locations in ABRP or just the network listed in settings under ‘avoid and prefer’?

This network is definitely missing.
I suggest adding this as both as a charge card and as a charging network. The Continente Plug&Charge network is not compatible with the Mobie network. It has its own app and separate payment.

If you want to make a suggestion for the charge card, you can do so as a separate ticket. Chargers and charger prices don’t necessarily come from the same data source.
Do we say anywhere that the Continente Plug&Charge network is compatible with the Mobie network?

Okay, I'll put in a separate ticket for the charge card (app) itself.
You don't say it's compatible. It's just that so far there is only a single charger network and a single charge card network in this region and I just wanted to warn about this.
Either way, the important aspect is that we add this charger network.
