Will "close enough" work?

I’m getting a new Subaru Trailseeker, for which ABRP support is “planned” but not yet available. If I register my car as a Subaru Solterra (which you do support) and connect to ABRP with an approved OBD dongle, should I be able to get fairly reliable routing info from ABRP?

    Hi @Stephen Blagg,

    No. Supplying ABRP with data from the wrong vehicle for a model is strongly discouraged for the sake of model accuracy.

    Selecting a similar vehicle and planning without using live data, until your desired model is available, is, of course, totally ok.
