Why my trust index is always 10%?

Hi, I am using abpr premium during a trip in italy, until now i did 1300km always planned with abpr and my ioniq 5 connected with enode. The trust index is always 10%, i choose the full auto settings so all the info comes from the car, i noticed that the soc has often red bars or the zzzz simbol, what I can do?

    Hi
    I can see that you are connected to Enode now. Unfortunately, Hyundai is one of the cars that does not work optimally with Enode. This can cause it to show both as not connected and sleeping.
