Why my trust index is always 10%?

Hi, I am using abpr premium during a trip in italy, until now i did 1300km always planned with abpr and my ioniq 5 connected with enode. The trust index is always 10%, i choose the full auto settings so all the info comes from the car, i noticed that the soc has often red bars or the zzzz simbol, what I can do?
