Why is ABRP not selecting Ionna even though it's flagged as preferred?

I have selected Ionna as my preferred network and Chargepoint as well since I have the $400 credit from Chargepoint. But ABRP keeps sending me to EA or Tesla chargers.

I have added the link to the route from Atlanta to West Palm Beach. It's sending me to EA in Valdosta when the Ionna is about a mile away. Why?
