Why is ABRP not selecting Ionna even though it's flagged as preferred?

I have selected Ionna as my preferred network and Chargepoint as well since I have the $400 credit from Chargepoint. But ABRP keeps sending me to EA or Tesla chargers.

I have added the link to the route from Atlanta to West Palm Beach. It's sending me to EA in Valdosta when the Ionna is about a mile away. Why?

    Is this the charger you are referring to

    https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=1180550936? This is a slow charger and we will not choose these when planning the route, if you wanna add this anyway you can add the wanted charger as a waypoint.

      Ahh. So that explains why it doesn't show up.

      But the data is incorrect. I see that you get it from Opensearch.org. It's unfortunate that Ionna's website does not show the charging level. That should be the definitive source.

      However AFAIK all Ionna chargers are 400kW. And this one is no exception.

      I have submitted an edit to Opensearch. Not sure how long it will take to get updated in the site. How long after that will your records be updated? Do you do a nightly feed or is it less frequent?

      I have also suggested an edit in ABRP
