Why does the Tesla navigation system not recognize and process your route plans?

  • The navigation system of the Tesla Model Y SR I purchased at the Istanbul dealership in Feb., 2025 doesn’t recognize nor does it process the route plans your app creates and shares with my Tesla app.

      Sure thing. First I hit the “Share Plan”, then “Send to Tesla” links, but my Tesla won’t display the plan on the Navigation screen. Usually, “Unknown destination” or similar messages come up on the screen.

    I’d appreciate it if you could resolve this issue as soon as possible, as the Tesla navigation system per se isn’t much helpful when I want to use a route plan for long distances with third party charging stations, which I need frequently here in Turkey.
