Where Does POI Information Come From?

Today I noticed that ABRP has an old address for a local business (screen capture below). When I searched in Open Street Map for the business, it is no longer at the old location. If I’m reading the changes in OSM right, the last change at the old address was over three months ago.

Does ABRP use a different source for business / POI information?

Also, I’m wondering what the “time going backwards” icon means on the address. Is there a place where the meanings of the icons used in ABRP can be found?
