We could not find SoC in the car data response
I’m having an issue with my 2016 eGolf and OBDLink CX where it can’t find the SoC. But if I use a different app for example the Car Scanner App it shows my SoC on there but it just isn’t getting picked up on ABRP. I’ve upgraded the firmware on the OBDLink CX to the latest version. I’m using this on Android. Thank you for your help!

According to my colleague the correct pids to your car model should be on the internet. You need to find them and add them in the pid editor in our app. You can read more about that here

To help us figure out what happen we need you to send a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.
