We could not find SoC in the car data response

I’m having an issue with my 2016 eGolf and OBDLink CX where it can’t find the SoC. But if I use a different app for example the Car Scanner App it shows my SoC on there but it just isn’t getting picked up on ABRP. I’ve upgraded the firmware on the OBDLink CX to the latest version. I’m using this on Android. Thank you for your help!
