VGate ICar Pro BLE 4.0 loses connection after a while

Hello,

I already tried research function to find my problem.

ID.4 Pro 2025 SW 5.0

Dongle: VGate Icar Pro BLE4.0

ABRP Premium

Germany

Android system smartphone

Connection to ABRP is successfully set. It shows green connection to dongle. I receive live data as well. After apprx. 25 Minutes the connection is lost. I have to unplugg the dongle and start connecting procedure. Anyone knows what Im doing wrong?

    Thanks Thomas, the connection is stable now during usage. Unfortenately there is another problem. After the ID4 is switched off and locked, the dongle is getting properly in sleeping mode. After I start the car, the dongle is not waking up any more. I always have to unplug the dvice, plug it in, and connect again in ABRP. This sucks hard. Anybody same problem and a solution for it?

      Hi

      You need to check that on the OBDs webpage. You should unplug most OBDs when you are not in the car for safety reasons.
