Vattenfall InCharge Fårösund/ICA

Are defective charging stations not shown at all in ABRP or am I at a charging station which is simply not listed even it is correctly shown in OCM (I think at least it is containing enough information)?

If defective charging stations are not shown at all, I would suggest to change that and mark defective ones as defective but not pretend that they do not exist at all.
