Why does the app insert 3-4 times as many charging points as necessary?

Why does the app insert 3-4 times as many charging points as necessary? I drive approx. 200 km between charging stops with a caravan and on a trip of 600 kilometers I have to use a maximum of 3 charging stops. ABRP always inserts 6-8 stops. The app is therefore completely useless. There are no settings options because you cannot enter the distance you want the chargers to be.
