Use Premium on Apple & Android Devices at the same time

I use iPhone and Android Devices as well and want to use the Premium features on both of them. I purchased Premium thru Apple. When I login on Android with my account, it shows the Premium plan is available, however, when it comes to useage of any premium-feature, it says there is a problem with the subscription. Please give me a detailed instructions how to do this.
