Unable to select MB/Chargepoint partner as preferred charging network

I'm trying to use up my $400 chargepoint credit on a trip from Atlanta to West Palm Beach in Florida.

I have set the mercedes Benz as preferred network. I have put EVgo, flying j, Tesla, electrify America, fpl as networks to avoid. But I still can't get ABRP to stop at MB networks even though I know there are at least 3 on the way at Buckee's.

It's bad enough that I can't filter by 350 or 400kw chargers. What's the trick to get this working? I'd like to stop at MB preferably. And if not available then Ionna.

    Hello @Milind Rao,

    This is the route that it gives that would be the most optimal for you.

    If you press on “Alternatives” above “Options” in the plan, you will see other plans that includes the EVolution stop even though you want to avoid it. Sometimes the app still included it as it is optimal for that plan, but what you can do is press on the new plan and then “Exclude charger” (follow the pictures below to see how to get there). You can do so for other chargers that you find in the plans that are not viable for you. Every plan might not have the Mercedes-Benz as first charging stop due to circumstances such as how often you want to charger or how quickly you want to reach your destinations.
