There was no error other displayed - Only what is shown on the screenshot I provided which showed:
“Error while handling OBD data commands”
“We could not find SoC in the car data”
The mobile device being used in a Pixel 6a (Android 16) and I have also tried it on iOS (18.6) the behaviour is exactly the same (ie. same message displayed).
When I use car scanner, it will show the battery SoC (see new attachment)

I checked those links you sent and it show that the vehicle is supported
Is there any updates on why this may not be working?
BTW: I had paid for a premuim account

It is then possible that more recent vehicle models do not use the same OBD commands as previous model years, meaning we cannot read data successfully. If that is the case, unfortunately, there’s not much we can do at the moment.
Have you made sure to disconnect Carscanner and any other app before attempting to link to ABRP?
(ABRP Premium or not is not relevant to this issue. Premium is not a requirement for linking via OBD.)

Hello Support Team,
I thought I would give it some time to see if it would get rolled into a next release but it has not as yet. I am looking at ways to workaround the limitation perhaps by using Torque Pro or CarScanner to feed the data into ABRP.
There are some videos I found on YT that were done in 2021, but the ABRP interface has changed considerably since then and it’s difficult to figure out how to do this with the newer ABRP interface.
Would appreciate your assiatance.
