Unable to get live data from Audi etron

Questions

When setting up Enode, I’m unable to select North America which is where I reside and where the car was purchased. If I select global, I can sign in. Problem is, Enode can’t sync with my audio. I get red cellular bars with a line through it and SOC does not update. I’ve deleted both apps and signed in to the myAudi app, removed and re-added vehicle from ABRP…

    Please try to delete the Audi app and install it again. Then try to login.

      Ok, thank you. Removed link from ABRP, uninstalled the myAudi App, reinstalled, then relinked ABRP Enode, selecting North America now works.
