Unable to connect to GV60

Questions
Trying to use Ancel 500 BLE OBD2 connector. Connects to Ancel 500 but fails to connect to Genesis GV60. Has anyone else been able to use this adapter?

    Hi @nelsolee ,

    The Ancel BD500 supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), but other Ancel 500s do not. I assume you have a BD500.

      Yes, I have a BD500. I am on Android 15, Pixel 8. It says that the ABRP app connects to the adapter but the app fails to connect to the vehicle. I tried numerous times. Any other suggestions?
