Unable to connect iCar Pro with BYD Seal

Questions

I have a 2025 BYD Seal Excellence and although I can find the OBD device it fails on final step getting car data. The OBD is up to date and plugged in fully. I saw a video of someone using the iCar Pro. Any idea what I can do?

    Hi @Gary Field,

    Based on reports from users, BYD has blocked the OBD port from being accessed. This is not something we can circumvent.
