Torque Pro data via local file

The torque pro integration involves sending data to an ABRP server, and then downloading that back to the phone, which is rather roundabout, uses data, and presumably does not work in areas without cell network connectivity.

Torque Pro has a local file logging option, which seems like it should be straightforward to integrate with, and avoids the aforementioned issues.
