Great functions from the SmartPhone are missing in CarPlay

For driving safety reasons, my iPhone is stowed away while driving and only the Apple CarPlay display is used.

Unfortunately, CarPlay lacks a lot of useful information and functions that I would also have available on the iPhone while driving.

That's why I think it would be safer to be able to use all these options in CapPlay instead of on the small smartphone display.
