Time Zone for Ferry Arrival time

When manually entering the departure and arrival time of a ferry journey (or indeed the Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais), there is no indication in the HMI or the documentation of which time zone should be used for the arrival time. Should the local time zone of the destination be used in this case?
