The indicator in the top right corner does not turn green or red?

Hi,

We have now used your app from Denmark, through Germany and Austria, down to Italy, and back the same way. According to your app, we needed to charge 7 times on the way down and 7 times on the way back. We chose Tesla and IONITY.

Even though I had your subscription with live status, it did not show how many chargers were available and how many were occupied. The round indicator was simply shown in grey, and not “green/red”.

How can this be?

    “We are aware of the Tesla Supercharger data issues and are working directly with Tesla to get back real-time information and better data for new stations.

    Both we and Tesla are fully aware that real-time status is one of the most important pieces of data for an EV driver to be confident about chargers, and the ABRP algorithms will recommend Tesla Superchargers less often now due to this.

    This is not in anyone's interest, and we will solve it.”
