Is there perhaps anything incorrect about its details?

When I checked my Type of chargers , it selects nothing. Not sure how that can happen. Then I proceed to select Tesla SC and NACS. Now those superchargers are showing up in the map. Also note that I can no longer select nothing in the Type of chargers.

I can see that you have a pretty old user ID and have been with us for quite some time. It used to be that you could select ‘nothing’ and we’d allow ‘everything’. Nowadays, you do have to select at least one option for Type of chargers .

Thanks for the explanation. I notice that if I reload a saved route with All Plan Settings, all the Type of chargers will be de-selected. Not sure if it is because of my old user ID. I can easily remedy this by selecting the type of chargers I want.

I’d suspect that would be due to the plan itself being older, that you created it before we made this change.
Saved plans are essentially a set of settings and waypoints.
You can open the saved plan, edit Type of chargers and then save it to overwrite the old version of the plan.

Yes, you have this location, but it isn’t shown on the map. I also not sure if it is being considered by ABRP when planning routes.

What vehicle model do you have selected? Have you checked your settings for Type of chargers ?
