Report a Charger

Please distinguish EV OTM from standard Tesla superchargers. EV on the move (EV OTM) use Tesla supplied hardware and systems but charge higher fees (including for Tesla owners). They appear both in your app and in the Tesla system as Tesla chargers without being able to remove them specifically due to their higher cost

    Thanks for reaching out about this.

    We do list "EV on the Move" as a separate charging network in ABRP, so you should be able to exclude or prefer them in your plans if you'd like. See:

    If you're still seeing an EV OTM charger that's incorrectly listed as a standard Tesla Supercharger, could you please provide a link to that specific charger's location in ABRP? That will help us investigate further.

    1. Find the charger in ABRP

    2. Click it to open charger details

    3. Select: share → share ABRP link

    4. Copy and paste the URL here

    This way we’ll get the exact ID number of the charging location.

    Actually the charger:

    may just have got stuck in my route because I had tried so hard to remove it. When I clear that part it stays gone now!

    Hi

    First EV on the move does not show up when I search on EV under networks to exclude. Also I did not know EV OTM stood for Ev on the Move until recently. Can it be called EV OTM in the network list as well as or instead of EV on the move?

    I have now tried to exclude EV on the move but still get (TESLA) (EV OTM) sites showing up eg
