Tesla charges status still not available

Some weeks ago you said that availability for tesla charging station plugs will be back online “soon". Can you please clarify what “soon” means? I have a trip coming up and it would be great to have realtime availability for Tesla back. I pay for a subscription and would really like to use it as it's intended.
