SWTCH The Fields - DCFC 180kW

You have a location in ABRP for chargers at this location, but it is confusing for several reasons. This is a very large building, with a grocery store (Cermak), condos (Called “The Fields Lofts”) and many other businesses. This includes a large indoor, paid parking garage. There are three different charging options at this address. Two of them have been listed for a long time, and are located inside the indoor parking garage. These are (1) A Tesla L2 destination charger, L2 Tesla Universal EVSE , 8 dispensers (

https://www.plugshare.com/location/841213

) , and (2) a L2 CCS bank of chargers, 8 dispensers, operated by SWTCH (

https://www.plugshare.com/location/836512

). Again, these have been listed on Plugshare and in ABRP for a while now. However, the new addition, a third option, is a SWTCH operated 2 dispenser, 180kW DCFC. This charger is located OUTSIDE the parking garage, on the East side of the building, in the back of the free, publicly accessible outside parking. These have consistently been listed incorrectly (both in PlugShare and ABRP). Photos for this charge are attached:

The two different charging options, the 10 dispenser L2 chargers INSIDE the parking garage, and the new DCFC 180kW CCS 2 dispensers OUTSIDE are clearly shown in the SWTCH app.

Please update your information accordingly.

    Hi @Douglas Ward,

Is it this charger you are referring to?

    https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=1577568694

It looks like the same location as in the SWTCH app.

That is the L2 10 plug dispenser inside the paid parking garage. The DCFC 2 plug 180kW is outside, on the East side of the building.

The linked charger is of 2 stalls 180kW, with the same information as what you provided, please clarify if it’s not this one.
