Switching from 6.2 beta to 7.0

I’m using an iPhone and have two questions:

• First how does one move from the 6.2 beta to 7.0? When I go to the App Store I’m not able to download 7.0 directly, do I need to start off by leaving the beta program?

• Second, is the a beta version of 7.0?

I’d use it occasionally as in only on major version switches :-) I’d use 7.0 more or less daily…
