Suspend disabled chargers

TWICE, now, I’ve been low on charge while ABRP has directed me to the next charge station only defined that the entire charge network is out of commission. There needs to be a way to eliminate that more or less in real time at the moment I may be stranded.

    Hi @Robert Poor,

    This happens automatically as long as the network is willing to share live status information. In the cases they don’t we can only assume the charger is operational.

    Chargers with live status information are ranked higher than those without so that we select the most reliable location in planning. Only when there are too few options, we select locations without live status information.

    You can report issues with chargers directly in the app and this will both be sent to the data provider and be taken into account when we select chargers in planning.

    Besides this you can directly avoid any charging location you do not want in planning.
