I understand that you don't CURRENTLY support PHEVs, BUT…
I don't understand why you wouldn't want to have all of those potential PAYING USERS/CUSTOMERS and that some of them will/would later upgrade to a fully electric vehicle.
Plus, PHEV drivers, like myself, still need/want the ability to find the most fuel efficient route and we want to be able to find Level 2 charging stations (instead of only the Fast Charging most EVs have/need) to charge our plug-ins when we make longer stops, like meal and bathroom breaks, shopping and entertainment, like movies and concerts, or destinations, like amusement parks, national/state parks, and museums.
Feel free to immediately close this if you want to, because you don't care about losing all of those potential customers and their monthly/yearly subscriptions, but please understand that most of those same customers, like myself, will then NEVER become your users/customers when they do later own an EV since you treated us that way before they did.
