This station belongs to EV POWER ENERGY CO., LTD
But when you use this dispenser, you have to use the App “OneCharge. “

Okay, do you know if ‘OneCharge’ is the official app for this charger, provided by the owner/operator of this charger? Or are you able to access chargers from different providers when using ‘OneCharge’?

The addition depends on our data provider and their existing or not yet established connections with the network the charger belongs to. Currently, they have a lot of requests to handle, and we’re not able to provide a time estimate.

Hi @Chanakarn Leangpanich,
Our data provider replied;
“The specified station is currently not included in our database. Given that the operator is Power Energy, with whom we maintain a direct connection, it will be visible on our end as soon as it is added.”
Thus, it is up to ‘EV Power Energy’ to supply our data provider with the data for this charger. Until then, feel free to make an addition to an alternative source such as openchargemap.org which we also import charger data from. Read more: How to have new chargers added to ABRP

Yes, we know the ‘OneCharge’ operator. And this app can be used with other stations and these stations use only ‘OneCharge’

While looking at the map, I found that many of the chargers near the location belonged to a network named ‘station’. Do you know if this is correct?
