No real-time connection

Good afternoon

I have problems with my app. It does not connect in real time and neither does my Apple Watch connect . The paid service states that it can do both of these things

    According to our documentation; (https://abetterrouteplanner.com/compare/livedata/) we haven’t yet found a way to read data from your selected vehicle.
