Select only level 2 chargers

Questions

My car is a 2015 Chevrolet Spark EV with a fairly degraded battery. I don’t want to fast charge it to preserve the battery that I have left. Regardless of the type of charger I select on the car settings, when planning the route all my stops are at fast chargers, even if I select few but long stops. Can someone help?

    Hi @Marcos Vinicius Miguel de Miranda,

    In: Settings > Chargers & Networks > Type of chargers you may select only ‘level 2’.

      Hello Katya! Thank you so much for your help. I have done that already, but still, when planning a trip, the plan shows stops at fast chargers. I'll share some screen shots. Your can see the stop

      plan is just over 1 hour, but my car takes around 4:30 hours to charge at level 2.

          I have the same issue, I have also tried to select to only allow level 2 chargers. The planner just tells me “No valid plan found … “ even though all the chargers have level 2 available.

          (I have a Type 2 to Type 1 charge cable for my nissan leaf, but I could not select it, maybe that is the issue in my case?)
