Dear Sir or Madam, I have taken out an Elli Base contract. I also use the ABRP route planner when driving my car, which shows me a price for the Elli Base contract of 59 cents per kWh at the TEAG charging station at the Globus supermarket in Erfurt Linderbach, for example. I was very surprised when I received an invoice for 89 cents per kWh. What can you say about this? Yours sincerely, Steffen Jahr

    The prices in the plan are indicative. If you have a charge card you should check with the charger card holder what the prices are for the different charger networks.

    We cannot guarantee that we have the exact price.
