That’s parking. We don’t have a manual for the map icons. It’s the same as on other maps.

If you mean the ‘@’ (at sign) mentioned by @Linda ABRP it reads as “Reference consumption at 110 km/h” the number that appears there is either mi/kWh or Wh/mi — I assume that the distance units in your case would be in km.
It’s the energy consumption that ABRP uses for planning. Presumably they scale up or down from that value depending on your planned speed.
If you have an OBD2 link setup and are getting live data, then I think this value switches to “Calibrated reference consumption” and is computed based on your car & driving habits.
