ChargePoint - 1507 Eisenhower Ave, Fort Knox, KY

Routed to a US Army base

I planned a trip from northern Indiana to Venice Florida using ABRP. My second charging stop was located at 1507 Eisenhower Ave, Fort Knox, KY. It is listed as a ChargePoint site with 8 high speed stalls. Unfortunately, it is located ON THE ARMY BASE and is for the use of military personnel and military vehicles only. WHY would ABRP route anyone else there?

Also, maybe just miscommunication, but the guard suggested I try the charging station at McDonalds in Radcliff, KY. There is no charging station at McDonalds in Radcliff.
