Hi. It would be great if, once ABRP had planned a route for you, you could reorder the stops, specifically the charging stops.

For example, I plan to go to town and make 5 stops and then go home. When the route is planned it let me know I need to charge along my trip and the charge is listed as my first stop. I’d like to be able to move that to be my last stop (or maybe somewhere in the middle). Not sure how ARBP determines when in my route I need to charge, but the ability to modify this before I hit the drive button would be great.

    Hi @Niel Cameron,

    ABRP determines the charge stops based on the available chargers along the route and your settings for things like; Type of chargers ,Charger arrival SoC and Destination arrival SoC .

    If you add the automatically added charging locations as fixed waypoints in the plan, you can re-order the plan as you’d like.

    1. Select the charger, either on the map or in the itinerary

    2. Tap/click the navigate button

    3. Tap/click Add waypoint

    However, as your use case is described, I could recommend reviewing the value for Charger arrival SoC as this is applied for regular non-charger stops as well.

      Hi Katya and thanks for the reply.

      I see what your saying and this does work, it would just be nice if we could do this from within the planned route and not have to exit the route, reorganize things and then plan again.

      I can understand why re-planning is currently required, but wonder if there is a future where it might not be. 😁 May save some processing power if every change didn’t require a full re-plan.
