Route Planig for BEV with Caravan

I've been using ABRP for two years with a Hyundai IONIQ 5 and a caravan. I get the SOC via OBD. The planning works great. I would only wish that you could also specify heights, lengths and weights for route planning with a caravan. In addition, a filter that prioritises places for trailers would be helpful for the route.

    Hi @Frank Ortmann,

    To plan with a caravan, use our ‘configurations’ feature. If you’re using a recent version of ABRP we’ll start using some pre-defined values when selecting a caravan configuration, if you’re using a live data connection we’ll also calibrate the reference consumption specific to towing the trailer as you drive with it.

    Under ‘Chargers & Networks’ you can prefer ‘trailer-friendly’ chargers.

    thank you for your Response. Yes, I’m already using two profiles of my car. Once with a caravan and additional weight and the other one only with the car. As well I found the new feature where I can select the trailer-friendly chargers. Well done. But I can`t currently us the height and width of the caravan. This is verry helpful for bridges and tunnels.

      This should also be used for restricted zones where it is not allowed to drive with a caravan, like certain cities (e.g Liège, Belgium).
